Admission: The Art of Pasta

Join Chef Pietro Mosconi and his son Peter in this family affair of homemade pasta making. You will learn how to make fresh pasta by hand and also with a pasta machine. Types of pasta include, but are not limited to lasagna sheets, ravioli, tortelloni, fettuccine, taglierini, & gnocchi.

This class is in a demonstration and hands-on format. All pastas made will be available to taste with different types of sauces and paired with Italian wines
